First Executive Centre has been in business for more than 30 years. The company was founded in 1983 by Gordon and Beth Lennard. Gordon earned his MBA at Harvard University, and Beth graduated from the University of Toronto. They started First Executive Centre as a division of Lennard Corporation, a commercial real estate service, realizing there was a need for a professional business centre in the heart of downtown Calgary.

First Executive Centre has consistently maintained competitive rates throughout the years, and has a very low client and staff turnover rate. We have clients that have been with us for a number of months, and some that have been with us for many years. We believe this illustrates our credibility and commitment to providing our clients with the best possible services.
