We pride ourselves on making our products by hand, from scratch, without all the chemicals and artificial preservatives. We will always use the best quality of ingredients to make our products the best that they can be and we are currently changing our shortenings and oils to lower the Trans Fat in the products we make. Just one more way we can help you have a healthier diet.
Product Line
We have removed all lard and most peanut oils* from the products we make (*only 3 cookie varieties and 1 square has peanut butter in the recipe) Canola and Trans Fat reduced vegetable shortenings and/or oils are all we use. We also use unbleached flour, Stone Ground whole wheat, whole wheat flour, rye and potato flour. We do not add any chemicals, stabilizers, artificial preservatives, or extra gluten to anything we make.
